She earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and has served her community in a variety of capacities, including president of a home economics club and women’s leader in her church. She is now Director of Operations where she oversees the business aspects of the national organization, including finances, event registration, headquarter building operations, and human resources. Hired in 1991 as a bookkeeper for the Fraternity, Rhonda Halcomb is the organization’s longest tenured employee with 30+ years of service. He is a former 3-time president of the NIC Foundation (now Foundation for Fraternal Excellence) and a founder of the annual Institute for Greek Advancement (now FFE Summit). Tom is a member of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and served Phi Psi as a senior staff member, CEO of the national foundation and on its national council.Īs the Executive Director, Tom works collaboratively with the Triangle Education Foundation and Triangle Building and Housing Corporation, implements the Fraternity’s long-range plans, oversees Triangle’s excellent staff, and works with our Health & Safety Initiative. ![]() Tom joined the Fraternity staff in 2016 and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, having served over 30 years as a campus and fraternity professional, speaker, consultant, and volunteer.
